2038.3 Meet the AAA team

The AAA team of Hammers will be the Johannesburg Freedom. Based in Johannesburg, South Africa they will play in the newly formed African Baseball Alliance (ABA). Clearly playing on the over arching peace philosophy of creation of the UMEBA, the Freedom are aptly named for a team based in the home of apartheid. It can sting to be constantly reminded of a tragic black mark on the past of the nation, but history tends to repeat itself when people forget to remember lessons learned in the past. With any luck, the team could be a real force in bringing the country together.
Exact details of the stadium remain unclear other than that it seats about 10,000 and will be named Liberty Field.
