Dugout Dirt 2041.9 - Trade Rumor in Beirut

After the poor showing on the mound this past week there have been rumors flowing that there may be a new face or two coming into town.
Amongst those rumors is a discussion going on between Beirut and Manama. Details of the trade have not yet been confirmed, the names include a top of the line starter and a top 15 prospect.
Manama is reported to receive :
SP Mauro Silva from AAA Victoria is considered a top 25 prospect in the UMEBA by some although the numbers to this point have been undecided as he wen 5-11 with a 4.65 era last year.
2B Wally Geoghagen from A Ulaanbaatar hitting .432 so far this season. The 19 year old second baseman is ranked in the top 15 prospects by various scouts in the league.
C Broderick Manning from AAA Victoria hitting .315 so far this season.
In return, Beirut receives SP Ruben Nunez who recorded 11 wins at Manama last year while notching 190 K's in 206 innings.
Nunez along with recently acquired Tony Caraballo hopefully will provide a solid rotation along with R.J. Hughes, Abel Gibson and Francisco Ruiz.
