In the Bagh - Vol. 2 - Baby, It's Cold Inside!

With the Winter Meetings coming to a close, Mr. Herren felt the cold shoulder from many of the managers. Nothing compared, though, to the sub-zero looks he got from the Free Agents. Mr. Herren had never felt the disdain and contempt he got from those players hoping for "one more shot at the bigs," even from his four ex-wives.
One bright spot to the Meetings was the emails received from his management contracts. It seems that Baghdad will at least start the season with a full management roster. Now if he could only convince the other GMs to even look his way.
Near the end of the Meeting, he did have one manager approach him. The trade Mr. Herren was offered almost looked too good to be true but step to make at least some moves during the Meetings, he jumped at a possible trade with Jerusalem. Only time will tell if this trade would be a good deal or if he got sold a bill of goods. One thing is sure, though. This might be the first steps to peace in the Middle East!
