UMEBA Minor League Organization rankings --- beginning 2046

I did it the same way I did in my last posting, except that now I have broken it out for relief pitchers separately from all other players, to get more useful results. This includes all players less than 26 years old that are not currently in the majors (including International Complex) after the first sim.

Here is the table with the weights:

In summary, Bucharest looks to have the best orgainization, but after that there are a lot of teams bunched in between 42.9 points and 53.1 points. The two expansion teams are the weakest, with few opportunities so far to get young players. Hopefully that will be changing over the next couple of years.
