Trailing 2-0 Istanbul started their comeback with one run in the bottom of the eighth before they scored two for the win in the bottom of the ninth. With two outs an Oh III single scored Daniel from second base for the winning run. Delgado, who has 33 saves on the season, blew his fourth save of the year.

Athens 5 CSKA 6 WALK OFF
Nine of the eleven runs scored in this contest came from the bottom of the seventh on. The teams went back and forth for the final three innings before entering the bottom of the ninth tied at five runs each. With runners on first and third Cordona singled home Brunskill for the winning run. The starters each went five innings and allowed just one run but the bullpens did everything they could to try and give the game away. The Athens bullpen finally succeeded.

Kings' backup catcher Reyes had a career day going 5-5 against the Generals' pitching with a homer and two RBI. The rest of the Baghdad squad managed 13 more hits six bases on balls while only striking out one time. Four players not named Reyes finished with multiple hits for the Kings.

Jerusalem 0 Athens 10 BLOW OUT
Coppard hit three homers and knocked in five runs for the Fighting Centaurs while Kirchman and two relievers combined for the shutout despite allowing eleven hits to the Hebrew Hammers. Ten of the eleven base knocks by the Hammers were singles with Hall's double being the only exception. The Hammers left 12 men on base for the contest.

Jerusalem 2 Athens 25 BLOW OUT & BLOW UP
The Hebrew Hammers scored two runs in the top of the first inning on a Hernandez homer but were outscored 25-0 the rest of the way. Athens scored three runs in the bottom of the fourth to take a 3-2 lead and that's where things got out of hand. They proceeded to score five runs in the sixth, three runs in the seventh, and a whopping 14 runs in the eighth. During the big inning the first eleven batters reached base against four different pitchers. In all Athens sent 19 hitters to the plate.

Beirut 4 Bucharest 6 10 INN WALK OFF
Trailing 4-2 Anastcia hit a two run homer in the bottom of the ninth to tie the game at four runs each. In the bottom of the 10th it took Hier just two pitches to lose the game. He gave up a first pitch single to Gamble before serving up a first pitch homer to Diaz to end the contest.
