The Hebrew Hammers take it on the chin again as the Alhafr scored in five of the first six innings and had a 12-0 lead going into the eighth inning. Every regular had a hit for the home team lead by Ginn with three to go with his game best four RBI.

Coppard and Cuervo combined to go 6-9 with seven runs scored and three RBI to help the Fighting Centaurs to a blow out win over the expansion Red Army. Born pitched 8.1 innings of two run baseball allowing six hits and no walks and stranding four of the six Army base runners in the game.

CSKA 15 Athens 3 BLOW OUT
CSKA and Athens trade blow outs and today it was the Red Army's turn to come out on top. CSKA scored 15 runs on 26 base runners while Athens had 12 hits and left 12 men on base. Cordona went 5-6 with five RBI and one double for the Army while Coppard had four hits making him 8-8 in the last two games.

Jerusalem 6 Beirut 7 11 INN WALK OFF
After an error put the leadoff hitter on second base and a fly out moved him to third with just one out the Hammers used two intentional walks to load the bases setting up the double play. What they got instead was a game winning single from Compton in the bottom of the 11th inning. The two teams combined for 28 hits, 12 walks, and two errors while stranding 23 runners.

CSKA 8 Athens 9 11 Inns WALK OFF
Athens held a 2-1 lead heading into the ninth but allowed six CSKA runs to fall behind 7-2. In the bottom of the inning the Fighting Centaurs plated five runs to force extra innings. In the top of the 11th Saucedo knocked in the go ahead run with an RBI single. In the bottom of the 11th Athens used a single and back to back, two out doubles to come back again and win the game.

Istanbul 7 Kuwait City 8 12 INN WALK OFF
Nur al Din Kodwo hit just his second homer of the season but it couldn't have come at a better time than the bottom of the 12th inning with two outs allowing the Alhafr to come from behind to take this game from Istanbul.

Manama 11 Cairo 0 BLOW OUT
The Pearls scored three runs in the top of the first inning and they never looked back as Trojka won his 10th game of the season with a complete game shut out. Seven Manama players had at least two hits while Dumont finished with four.
