Kuwait City dominated leading 8-1 after eight innings but it was their four run ninth that pushed the final score and put them in our column. Two homers and three doubles in the final inning moved this game to blow out status. Vic Shafer finished with two homers and four RBI for the visitors.

Manama 3 Mumbai 4 10 INN WALK OFF
It was back and forth the entire game but the Metro Stars got the last laugh in the form of an Olivarez solo homer, his fourth hit of the game, in the bottom of the 10th inning for the win.

Jerusalem 2 Istanbul 12 BLOW OUT
The Bosphorous pitching staff held the potent Hammers offense to just four hits and zero walks while allowing two runs and striking out 14. The Istanbul bullpen combined for four scoreless innings and eight strike outs. At the plate Ramirez and Oh III led the charge with four hits and three hits respectively.

Beirut 2 Baghdad 12 BLOW OUT
The Cedars managed to get 13 men on base in the game but only scored two runs thanks to back to back homers in the sixth inning. By that time the Kings had already taken a 10-0 lead scoring in each of the first four innings. Gomez led the way with three hits, two homers, and four RBI to go with three runs scored.

Jerusalem 3 Kuwait City 4 WALK OFF
Trailing 3-0 after three innings the Alhafar clawed back into the game by scoring single runs in four different innings including the eighth and the ninth. Shafer hit a solo homer to tie the game in the eighth then singled in the winning run in the ninth. West pitched 4.1 innings of scoreless relief to get the win.

Bucharest 13 Baghdad 3 BLOW OUT
A seven run third inning by the Impalers put the Kings on their heels early. Bucharest saw seven players with multiple hits including Diaz who finished with two triples. Only six of their 18 hits were for extra bases but Baghdad was held to just four hits but were aided with six walks.

Istanbul 6 Mumbai 7 11 INN WALK OFF
Nothing more exciting than a walk off, sac fly which is exactly what Bulluck provided the Metro Stars today. With the bases loaded and no outs Oliverez scored on a shallow sac fly to center. Istanbul doubled the Stars in hits 16-8 but they also committed four errors contributing to five unearned runs.
