Trailing by one entering the bottom of the ninth the Metro Stars took the long way to this walk off win. The inning started with a walk, a double, and an RBI single to tie the game. Two outs later another walk loaded the bases. Oliveras then drew a four pitch walk from Torres to force home the deciding run.

In the only blow out of the sim the Army were finished early scoring all 12 runs in the first four innings on just three extra base hits. Only four CSKA players drove in runs but all four had more than one RBI. 38 year old Frenchy Cordona was 3-4 with three runs, three RBI, a double, and a homer.
