Here’s an interesting fact about Bing-de Zhào: Cat won six Puckett awards, and still only made three All-Star appearances.
One wonders if he was dating the owner’s wife on the side or something.
He was a very good player in his time, but that time was unfortunately quite short. Outstanding until 27 years old, then injuries hit and he just kind of played out the string. Hall of Very Good for my money.
