As I noted in my other thread, the guy is on the ballot by a thread. Only got 10% his first year, 10% again in year two. Maybe he’ll hang there at 10% for the rest of his seven years of eligibility, which is fine. But I’d say put him out of his misery and leave him to coach or teach high school or whatever he’s up to.
Very good player, though.
Five-time All-Star. Three-time Zimmer. Won three rings and a Puckett.
Probably a better vote than his actual numbers indicate.
