# While not a slam dunk, 72 WAR over a 20-season career puts Riddler smack-dab on the path to the Hall of Fame. This is even more interesting when you note that Riddler hit an inury wall at age 33, and struggled for the next few years before moving off into the Middle East to finish up his career. All that said, some of his numbers are still a bit perplexing. "Only" 499 HR. .316/.38/.541 in the hitter friendly Vegas air. He led the league in doubles once, and finished with 582, which is top 20. I'm guessing Riddle will score well with the voters, but he's again an interesting conversation.

Yeah, he's interesting. He's someone I'll have to look over more.

It's a yes for me too. He lumped in a hurry but was definitely one of the best players in the league for a while.

yes from me, but I can see him sitting a few cycles (especially if his doppleganger cisco guerrero didn't get in right away).

It'd certainly be fitting for them to be elected together.

Because he a "Whole is more than the sum of the parts" guy. Doesn't tick any of the counting stats, except WAR. But he's just below a bunch of them, and then you add in how he was the cornerstone of a bunch of great Vegas teams and it gets pretty obvious.

He didn't have 72 WAR in the BBA. Combined with the UMEBA, he did. Interesting case still.

Still this for the header. Anyway, I can't remember how I've voted for this guy at this point.
