Behner pitched in the EBA for two years prior to coming to the BBA with Charm City, and leading the league with 22 victories in 2032. Finished with 198 wins and 2,178 K in 2,837 IP. He was a highly respected pitcher in CCJ, Jacksonville, and Louisville--and pitched well for both Boise and Phoenix. Interesting case.

Late breaking news out of the commissioner's office...with six new players arriving on the ballot this year and a ballot nearly maxed out, we had to raise the threshold to 20% to return on the ballot. Sorry, Egbert!

Egbert was removed from the ballot due to size constraints in previous seasons. He'll return this year.

I'll vote for him. The Ace of early Charm City success and went on to have a nice career. He won't get in though.

After being skipped a year due to class size, Behner had a nice return to the ballot only to recede last year. Did that mean his case has stalled? Only the next vote may tell.
