# Probably my all-time favorite BBA player, Jon Reed was an incredibly controversial figure during his time as many (probably justifiably so) felt i overhyped his ability. That being said, even his detractors would have to point out that Reed was incredibly difficult to hit during his career, and he did play a key part on a Landis winning team (the only pitcher on this ballot who can lay claim to that). Reed will be a one-and-done guy on this ballot (and recte had to know that when he put him on it), but when he was on there were few in the league like him.

He shouldn't even be let into the Hall of Fame if he bought himself a ticket.

I have other plans in mind for Mr. Reed, although I did consider the booth.

I heard he's going to be the pitcher in the inaugural All-Star Weekend Home Run Derby.

false, because you need to be able to throw the ball over the plate for that to be effective.

Maybe we can have an AFBI wing he can be in? Feel like all the guys that get shit on or loved to much on the AFBI's can get their own special place to be enshrined.

In that case the wing should be named after him.

Reed was removed from the ballot due to size constraints in previous seasons. He'll return this year.
