I'm getting married Monday 4/15 and have a tremendous amount of stuff at work between now and then. My participation until after the wedding will be spotty at best, but I should be able to get going full-bore late next week.

It's so frustrating. The "manual" says things on the subject that are at best confusing and at worst blatantly incorrect.

I posted this at OOTP and would really appreciate any of you who know the answer to chime in. I'm in another league with Scouts turned on and want to know these answers so I can optimize my Scouting Director.
