The Phoenix Talons selected P Jose Marquez with their 2nd round pick (50th overall). Marquez projects as a bottom of the rotation starter. More of a junk ball pitcher, the Iowan has a strong work ethic and is a bright young man. Welcome to Phoenix Jose!

I am leaning towards CF. His OF range is 17. The other things I love about him are that he will work the count and his gap power. Big fan of gap power when a guy has a high contact rating. Should hit a lot of doubles. Feeling pretty good about the pick.

Looking for pitching. Starters and Relievers. Doesn't matter. My whole team is available except for Klopp, McConnell, Palabra and Wilkinson.

Drafted Wei-quo Chong. He is a SS who I expect to convert to a CF down the road. Projects as lead off or number two type with gap power.

3-5 start is ok considering my league file was corrupt and my actual roster never made it. Was hoping for .500 or better. Kind of bummed, but, I am new to this. It's early yet.
