Dear Huntsville,

Feel free to not get better too quickly. We play you the next 7 games, lol.

Thanks,

Re: Rough Initiation for Kondo - 2034

I've often wondered if there was some sort of "inexperience/rookie jitters" modifier that makes young first year stars underperform. Not everyone has it, but there are a couple guys in Phoenix that exhibit such tendencies.

Re: Cough

On a more serious note, 4 expansion teams. One in each division giving us even numbers and kill interleague for the love of god. If we have four serious GM's then expansion would probably help several elements of the league...four more teams would soak up more of our talent glut...removing interlea...

Don't we have to wait until 5 years of ML service before signing extensions longer than 3 years? Asking for a friend.

2034-15: Talons lose another arm to injury; Deal for vet SP

Phoenix, AZ-- The Talons are actually 2 games above .500, sitting at 59-57 as we approach mid-August. They currently sit 4.5 games out of the final JL Wild Card slot. But the club was dealt some more bad news on the injury front as SP Alexandre Renard was placed on the 60 day DL with shoulder inflam...

Looks like Angel Zalapa deserves a callup this September. Wilton Rivera as well. Help is definitely on the way in Valencia.

I always liked Davidson as a relief conversion candidate. Should be interesting to see which way he goes.

2034-14: Talons trade for platoon LF

Phoenix, AZ-- It was the YS sales pitch that sealed the deal. Earlier today, the prolific PR personnel at YS Global OmniCorp released a blurb entitled " Miranda Being Miranda Again ". The Talons were intrigued, and enjoyed the short, but informative press release just as they have 63 times previousl...

I'll DFA Miranda. Please put Davidson in whatever slot I leave open at A-ball.
Confrimed. There will be a slot open for Miranda on the ML Roster. Please place him in LF against LHP only.

2034-11: Talons so far... The Good

Lets take a look at the Talons season so far as the team nears the 100 game mark. THE GOOD 1. Young hitters breaking out: The Talons are built on power, and it's encouraging to see two of their youngest stars step up and deliver on their promise. DH Mario Deortez is currently second in the Brewster ...

2034-12: Talons so far: The Bad

Continuing our 100 games update, here are a few things that have not gone right so far. THE BAD 1. Injuries to key players: Yeah, every team goes through this, but it's still frustrating for a team that looks to finally be finding its footing in the JLS Division. After a stretch of encouraging start...
