I'm trying to figure out what are the best type of pitchers to convert to relievers. Is there a guide somewhere, or is it mostly just based on accumulated experience?

Update: Watkins and Hogan will be joining a group meditation session for the upcoming season. Perhaps that will mitigate some of their rage.
