Been awhile since I've had access to the settings of S+ as an admin, but there are settings for illegal contracts so they at least get highlighted in S+ when they're signed. Not sure if you can always see if it's illegal or not. And not even sure you can have the settings to match up with the BBA's.

Looking around Rocky Mountain to get a lay of the land and noticed Federico Linares's contract appears to be illegal. Currently under 5 years ML time and deal signed prior to the 2057 season.
