I don't think I've ever looked at signability when drafting a player.

He has very nice potentials, especially if he can manage to bump his plate discipline. But I was actually worried that I'd be debating whether I should take him at 36. As Kyle says, though, Jim is a star GM and New Orleans is a marquee team. Things will work out.

Anything is possible with draft picks (which is one reason I pick mostly for position), but if I were forced to bet I'd put more money on "bust" than "star."
