Hustlers back for the first time since 2009. About time too, I think over the last few years they've had the talent.

Re: Who will represent the JL in the Landis in 2021

Hawks again. With Stephens back and improved pitching, this team hasn't seen many changes. Outside losing Poe, but we have so much depth at the OF position that I don't think it will matter. Also, I think Travis McDermott will do fine enough to bring us there. I like Vancouver's additions this year ...

21.1 Halifax Herald - Catching Up With The Hawks

The Hawks made it to their third Landis Series in four years behind the bats of Bo Jordan and Juan Garcia . The result would have the Hawks falling to the Kraken four games to one. The Hawks immediately shifted focus to the offseason attempting to sign Lewis Stephens before he came a free agent, but...

Hawks Block

I've received some interest on several players and would like to throw them out and explore some additional offers. I'm looking for pitching help, a defensive outfielder and catcher that can hit a bit if needed and prospects (primarily pitching and catcher). 1B Bernardo Becerra - I like him, but I d...

Re: Sancho Delgado

Outrage! Suspend him for 4 games and take away Halifax's 1st round pick! I can overreact better than that: we should delete Delgado altogether since he's had a sim's worth of ten points of extra intelligence. Who knows how much that's corrupted his developmental progress! Crap, again, I forgot I ca...

Re: ATC Block: Prospects, Young SP, Hall Salary Dump, SS.

Would still love to get Hall off the books (his deal expires this year). Would include Catanei and Hindmarsh to move him. Needs: RHB to platoon at 1B. LHP reliever. prospects Available: SS Harley Stendall Reigning Zimmer winner at SS. Can rack up doubles, take some walks and steal a few bases. Anyb...

There's going to be a lot of analysis here throughout the season. I'm going to move this to my team news to ensure I get the PP for it. Stay tuned.

Haha silly AI. I hope it knows what it's doing because unless they release(d) someone I would never release than I'll be keeping this in place all season.

Re: We'll see how this goes...

A 70 pitch count? Jeeze... what is that on average, like 4.2 IP per game? Super conservative even for a low stam guy. Yeah, I had him on a 90 pitch count in the couple starts he made for me last season. Seemed fine, but you don't argue with McDermott. He's been managing since he was 23 when he was ...
