Has the BBA draft got as many “impossible” to sign players as the UMEBA one has?

I always thought he’d do it for me in Wichita, but then we moved to El Paso and he just couldn’t do it on that regular basis. His prospect ranking reads like a real rollercoaster from #95 down to the 40’s and back again. I’ll give him a shot in Riyadh once the BBA finally spits him out
