I dont have a strong objection to this. But I do think at times there are other reasons for a coaching hire. Jared Gilstrom is a good one for me. Yes, he only played two seasons in New Orleans, and spent most of his career in Montreal and San Fernando (about even), but when he retired, I grabbed him...
