So I now that I'm looking, I have 2 excelling, 2 struggling, and the rest frustrated.

How's everyone's going after the first sim? Can't remember at the moment but I'd say half the guys I put in mine are frustrated. I'd assume that won't always hold, especially if you pick the long ones. I think frustrated is the worst one so I'd hope a couple improve going forward.

I go to Opening Day every year and follow as close I can to the Orioles. Listen if I have the chance. I don't have cable so don't watch too many games on TV these days.
