Blazers Out
Just wanted to drop a line to let everyone know I will be stepping down as Blazers GM. It has been a long, long run with the team with varying levels of success and failure. A new job, and a daughter who plays on travel teams for hockey and rugby has left me with very little time for OOTP, and as a ...

5-1 and I don't think I gained any ground in my division. The JL Atlantic looking like the best division in the league right now.

Re: New Applicant: Ryan Wangman
I'm jealous. My parents weren't willing to shell the money out for that one so I had to play the "free" sports like soccer and basketball. Ya, I was pretty fortunate. My childhood was spent from rink to rink 5 times a week. Made sure I thanked my parents for that. I am paying it forward to my daugh...

Kinda hard to give a MR recognition but Adkins has filled many roles for us over the years. Even started a few games, as well as filling in as closer at times. He has certainly been about as valuable as a MR can be.

Re: HOF Voting
If a player had almost exactly the same number of seasons (like Freitas) with his first team as his second, I can absolutely see the second team having a leg up for their decision based on recency bias. It's not like a Roy Halladay situation where he was with Toronto for way, way long than Philadel...

Re: HOF Voting
The Landis maybe, but finishing his career there should have no impact. It is interesting for sure. His career numbers are better with Montreal across the board.
EDIT - I am not complaining or trying to make a case for it to be Montreal. Just curious as to how it was made.

How is it that Luis Freitas is listed as a Huntsville player on the ballot? His stats are close between Montreal and Huntsville but he has an edge in pretty much everything with Montreal. Games/IP/K's/WAR etc..all better with Montreal. He did win a Landis his 1st year in Huntsville. Just wondering h...
